You literally can not make this shit up. I have never ever used rob lucci as a tag literally ever, why the flip does things pop up on my youtube that my subscribers are interested in, don’t know why i even bothered downloading this youtube studio app.
How am i meant to avoid spoilers??? It’s not fucking humanly possible. Worse thing is this could of literally been the one piece reveal.
Other than one piece manga there is no other option, i really need to start considering it at this stage even if that means the whole one piece experience enjoyment is diminished. It’s just such a hard change for me to personally do.

Meanwhile the manga right now is banger after banger, unfortunately i can see toei turning the current manga chapters into something like what they did with the reverie arc... filled it with flashbacks every episode. In the manga the reverie was crazy, in the anime it lost all of it's steam

If you ever lose anything while watching in terms of canon material then it's automatically worse in my opinion. Prime example are all the cover stories.

And even though i know what's going to happen i still enjoy it as much as when i read it because these drawings and text bubbles are becoming something more. Fillers can surely be a pain sometimes but moments like Luffy's Red Roc against Kaido are just one of these moments that i'm glad that i do it the way that i do.

I got to the point where I just wanted to see how many chapters were left in wano so I started reading the manga and in doing so realized the anime is no where close. End of November at the closest if they keep releasing every week.

The manga is better no question, and you could join the OP youtuber community if you were caught up and go on discussion panels and such. Do what you want at the end of the day because even manga youtubers get spoiled if they follow the official release. Manga is better period though.

2023-01-26 18:09:59 +0000 UTCyeah you’re better off switching to the manga at this point, you have already diminished your current experience with the anime with some of the spoilers you’ve seen. that being said i don’t think doing both is as bad as you may think it is, if anything it adds to the experience by seeing how certain things will be handled, episode 1015/chapter 1000 for example.

2023-01-26 17:21:45 +0000 UTCAt the end of the day khan you can still enjoy both medium. Like all the TV shows that were adapted from books, the readers still went and watch the show and enjoyed it. Same thing with one piece. I'd say 90% of the big manga reactors content creators do react to the anime weekly. I've seen better reaction and enjoyment from reactors who've been reading for years when watching the anime afterward compared to some anime only reactors. You said it yourself 1 of 2 reactions ago that one piece is about the story,the mystery, the characters and etc. Anime or not you'll get the same emotion. If one piece was about fight then it would be different. A well animated fight will 99% of the time surpass the manga. But the story will feel the same. I love your anime reaction but at this point you're just hurting yourself for nothing. And one thing you're missing out (which in my opinion is a big part of one piece) is the community. The only time you get to talk about OP is to yourself at the end of your reaction or with your mods. If you start reading, you'd finally be able to talk about it with people which in my opinion is one of the best thing about one piece since there's just so much to talk about. At the end of the day it's obviously your decision. But for me who've been following your journey of one piece for years, I'd says it's time to start reading.

Anime and Manga content is like 1-1.5 years apart, you are sometimes too much into your head when it comes to stuff like that, don't be so harsh on yourself.
