As an anime only watcher it's amazing to see how beautifully they executed this death scene. The blood and gore you see is like no other. You can't get this in Fairy Tail or One Piece that's for sure. For reals though... I can't believe they just kill him off like that. No fake out death scenes, 100% commitment! This is why Kubo is the goat! Beautiful execution the death scene with Byakuya. I definitely cried during this. During this arc, it all builds up towards Byakuya's and his love for not only soul society, but Rukia. This death was needed for sure and I'm glad Kubo went with it, i hope it's not a fakeout death, cuz if it is then it really will be 100x worse than any fakeout death from OP :( cuz he's such a relevant character unlike Pell for example. All the haters who say no one dies in Bleach (not a SINGLE captain or relevant character on the soul society's/ ichigo's side died in like the 100+ episode Espada saga, less than the Wano arc?), WHERE YOU AT?!
