Not sure if you noticed Khan but Future Lucy lost her arm which is why is was asking to see present Lucy's guild mark on her hand, when they first flash forwarded to the doomsday future, they were hiding Lucy arm because it was gone, also when Natsu first picked her up he said she was lighter and that's because she lost an arm, there a bunch of other small moment of foreshowing like that but I thought those 2 were most significant
