Poll Responses

Thanks again to all of you who participated in the recent poll about story ideas and themes. I really love getting feedback from you about what you want to read about, and I do take it seriously. We had a super response overall, and as I expected, there were a number of categories that were clearly more popular than others.
Since then, though, I've been pondering what to do with all this info. Should I just pick the most numerous categories and write only about those? Write on those topics but also try to weave in a few of the less popular themes here and there? Ignore the proportions entirely and just try to write a little bit for all of you? The main thing I'm afraid of is that, if I choose to write stories only dealing with the most popular themes, the less popular ones won't be catered to AT ALL. So... enter my Excel solution!
Once our "A Sissy's Progress" series is over, this is what I'll be trying: Having received the numbers of votes for each category, I have totaled them up. Starting from one, I have assigned a number range for each category (in alphabetical order) proportional to their votes: bondage is 1 to 15, for instance, chastity 16 to 31, and so on. Then, having assigned these number ranges, when I'm ready to create a new story I will simply have the spreadsheet generate a random number falling somewhere between one and the number of votes. Whichever range that random number falls into, that will be the one required theme for the story I'll create. This way, every category will have a proportional likelihood of getting chosen, and yet none of the less-popular categories will be excluded altogether.
Two clarifications: Of course, none of these themes has to be mutually exclusive, and it will likely happen that multiple themes find their way in to stories that are specifically meant to deal with another chosen topic. There's also still a question of what to do if the story I create ends up being very long. In that case, I will likely post chapters of long stories every other week, and then still add short ones in between.
Anyway, maybe this is all way too much info - but I wanted to share it anyway for those of you who are curious. You all gave great input, and I want you all to know that I really look forward to putting it to good use! :-)
