General Development Update

Hello,

I've just got up to date with books for Pathbuilder 2e, adding Treasure Vault Remastered and the Adventure Paths and Player's Guides up to AP 215.

The issues I've had with my arm (basically a trapped nerve RSI type thing) have put me about 3 months behind where I wanted to be this year, and it still gives me grief if I put in long days now. So... I've had to revise what I can realistically achieve this summer. My rough development plan is:

June-July:

August:

September-October

November

December

Starbuilder 2e will basically be a "mode" on the existing Pathbuilder 2e apps, allowing people to create simple Starfinder 2e characters but also allowing advanced users to integrate all of the existing Pathfinder 2e content into their Starfinder 2e characters.

I'm sorry to say that the "Pathbuilder Encounters" tool is going to languish, outdated, in beta for even longer. I just can't see myself getting to it this year.

As ever, thanks for your continuing support,

Dave

I've done a load of the data entry, but it all depends if apple come back at me with loads of changes I need to do on the IOS app before they will publish it. If it goes well then I will dive fully into Starfinder coding and maybe have something to show mid to late October.

I'm looking forward to getting Starfinder content on the web app soon. Do you have an estimated timeframe for when that will go up?

Caught a small bug recently with eidolons for summoners they aren't necessarily based on your profecency in things love saving throws so when a summoner takes canny accuman for reflex it shouldn't upgrade the eidolons reflex as well.

I am looking forward for updated encounter builder as it is such a good tool! But I can wait! Make sure everything works before tackling the GM Mode!

Hello, David! I’ve been enjoying the IOS version of Pathbuilder and have been keeping an eye out for small bugs to report. However, I’ve come across a major one that bottlenecks everything. When I click the report bug button (IPhone 15 Pro, IOS 18.6) the menu does not allow me to scroll down and tapping the screen to try closes the bug report window. The bug I was trying to report when I found this is that stowing a shield/armor into your inventory puts it in a state where it cannot be moved back to defenses and is stuck there until you delete it. I’ve tested this with multiple shields and it ended the same way.
