21st: RTX 4070 vs RTX 3070 Ti - Laptop Comparison at 1440p & 1080p in 25 games
I was hoping to have the ASUS Scar 18 review ready for Friday, but I think that's a bit too optimistic, so it will probably be early next week instead as I can work on it over the weekend.
Next week will probably be back to 2 videos, along with the Scar review I might do the 3080 Ti vs 4090 laptop comparison.
It probably makes more sense to do something with the 4060 while it's new, but it's difficult. My 4060 laptop is paired with a 13900HX CPU, but all the 3060 laptops I own have the 6800H. Not only is this an Intel vs AMD difference, but the 13900HX has way more cores/threads, not quite fairly comparable.
I might buy a 4060 laptop if I can find one that looks good to do the test, as I don't want to wait too long to do that comparison. I will still definitely use the 4060 I have to fairly compare against the 4070 I have in the same chassis, but I thought for context it would make more sense to get the RTX 30 vs 40 comparisons done first so we know where they stand.
Apart from that, MSI's Titan GT77 is here, as well as the Razer Blade 16 and ASUS TUF A16 with Radeon graphics. We'll be testing the A16 at the same time as the Scar, so that would probably be the next review. We figured plenty of other channels have already done reviews on the GT77 and Blade 16, so makes sense for us to focus on things no one has covered yet (at least from a more views vs the amount of time spent to produce the content perspective).
