Wanna know a secret? I chopped this class into four parts and made it a "Foam Rolling for Yogis" series on Tiktok. This is a class that's truly for anyone, but there are some stretch techniques in here that will advance your flexibility. We've been doing a little more of these stretchy-rolls lately, I wonder how you feel about them?
