I apologize for the graininess of this class. Still totally easy to follow and see, but not my best quality. I was teaching this class in super low light, and didn't think of how that would affect this video quality. Better next time. :)
This is a totally enjoyable and holistic class that requires two tennis balls or similar for a deep back release. Here's what's inside:
- feet
- shins
- hamstring roll + deep stretch
- glute roll + deep stretch
- lower back
- lats and rotator cuff
- triceps
- upper traps
- jaw and head
- tennis balls up the back on either side of the spine
