Ward also sets up this 21 combo by investing in an early right hand to the body. By the time this combo lands Dawson is unable to find his range or catch on to Ward’s timing. Ward switches up his timing and attacks so well that he’s able to land a jab and cross to the body consistently through out the opening rounds. He switches up once again this time he throws a power jab behind his cross. That’s ring craft.
