What to expect in the coming year!

My goal for the next year is to do 100 breakdowns and to refine my ability see what's really happening in the world of Martial Arts. In order to do so I need to get a lot more reps in analyzing film. My hope is come up with a Film Study based MMA Curriculum. With MMA being such a young sport it's constantly changing and evolving which makes it seem like its in a constant state of flux. What I plan on learning through the process is what skills make MMA its own sport separate from all the other Martial Arts. At the end of these 100 Breakdowns I hope to find the timeless concepts, techniques, and styles of fighting that will prevail in the coming years. Join me on this journey and let's see how it unfolds.
