Kickstarter Shoutout - Pirate Borg - Down Among the Dead
Added 2024-10-12 16:14:22 +0000 UTCI just wanted to give a shoutout to one of my past collaborators who's kickstarter is in the last week. I worked with Limithron, the creator of Pirate Borg, on my Sunken Ship location, which is still one of my favourite scenes and collaborations.
If you haven't heard of Pirate Borg before, it is a self contained, rules light, deadly d20-based game. Your cutlass and flintlock won't save you from the hordes of skeletons, the Kraken, or even your own crew.
It's a game about being greedy, filthy, scoundrels. Find a ship. Recruit some crew. Raid, pillage, plunder, and otherwise pilfer your weasley black guts out.
And this expansion, Down Among the Dead, features 3 full length adventures, new player options, GM tables, generators, and resources.
I have been a fan of the rules light system and its amazing art and layout for quite a while now, so I wanted to make sure I spread the word in this last week of backing on Kickstarter
