Glowing One - Reworked Enemy Type

Reworked the Glowing One from the last time it was seen on twitter. It is now using modified publicly released napalm zombie scripts from Shangri-La. Players will be able to recognize when one is spawned via a music queue, and a radiation sound is played based on the players distance to it. Still working on a few tweaks before its put into the next testing map update.

as a big Fallout fan, this is my most anticipated zombie map. Just an idea, It might be cool to have a radiation bar that fills up if you get too close to radioactive stuff and you need to use a rad away or something to clear it, and maybe a perk that makes you resistant to radiation. I don't know anything about mapping and this might be a pain in the ass to implement

The standard grenade-stun effect, and when inside the radiation zone it will show a static noise effect. "Postfx" are something I do not currently know how to setup though, so these things are going to have to wait for a scripter
