Popplio plushie

For months I held onto him, but finally got around to ripping him apart, tracing his patterns, and creating a new plushie! I still have to create his whiskers and smile, but that’s for another time. I gave him cute little bead stars to go with his extra fancy collar ✨ 💖 💙🦭
