The News Quiz: on BBC Sounds – Episode 7
I know the news quiz appears on the app after it’s stopped being topical. Every time i see a tweet about it, there’s a bunch of replies saying “I’ve stopped listening because if I don’t catch it live I have to wait weeks!” I understand, but this is not something I control.
I spin it as a positive; if you’re getting your news from the news quiz, you can enjoy living in your own special time travel timeline. If you’re getting your news elsewhere, it’s a nice flashback to the old news, which can remind you of how irrelevant to how you live your day-to-day life most news actually is.
