WiP update January

After the releases of this month I'm working on 4 circuits:
- New Bremgarten Street Circuit, completed at 75%, awaiting customized 3D buildings and working on the trees

- Patras Circuit in Greece, track laid down, working on the surroundings

Also launched:
- Autodromo di Siracusa, maps imported and first work on tarmac

- Kalevi Circuit in Tallinn, 3D buildings have been commissioned, I'll start working on roads and other surroundings in parallel
