Even mastered ultra ego Vegeta knows he is stronger than beerus at this point which he made clear when he first transformed when they were training, he still never tried to challenge him or disrespect him because he is STILL His universes destroyer.

He may be one of the strongest destroyers but when it comes to character and as a person, many of the other destroyers are far better then him in every way.
