If I'm logged out of patreon, it shows as "Unlock this post by becoming a patron. Join now for $1/month". If that's a fib by patreon then nothing needs to change and I was wrong, people signing up and following is a great filter to make sure viewers have at least some context on what's going on.

Hm, this is an interesting perspective. I was coming from the angle of wanting to give Patreon subs something special that other people don’t get. Also, it’s not exactly behind a paywall, as it’s for all subscribers, including $0 subs. But I’m open to being convinced if you think it’s a bad idea.

Do you think these could be moved to "public after X days/weeks"? I don't know what the mechanics are and how possible it is and they would clutter the podcast feed, but it feels a bit off to have this locked behind a paywall. You know best what works for you, it's just a thought.
