2023-10-04 12:38:32 +0000 UTCEisner for me. I know of him and have seen some of his art and I do like the film noir-ish quality of it. That said, I confess I don't quite "get" him. That is, I'm not sure why so many artists hold him in such high regard. Of course, I'm not an artist myself. That being the case, I'm interested to hear from an artist what it is about Eisner that sets him apart.
