The whole point of this story line was to learn from the original merno story and for our heroes to not let anything happen like this again. They should all have grown, yes even Goku, to put people down and make sure they stay gone for good like merno

Maybe even the Top 5 Sequel Villain should have a Dark Master Team of their own of different characters
