Considering videl was able to put up a good fight, I’d like to think they are still below King Piccolo. Kig Piccolo was able to kill Shenron and was considered far stronger than Roshi who could blow up the moon. Thinking about it now, Yamu/Spo might be around mercenary Tao level

Granted Videl was doing well before Spopo's M stamp cheat code kicked in, I just don't see her or him being capable of accomplishing any of Piccolo Daimo's feats in Dragonball. And if I'm not mistaken, neither of them can even shoot Ki blasts. Forgive me if I'm wrong, it's been decades
