Thank you for emphasizing this. I've always nickname gohan "mr shortcut". He shortcuts the process to attain greater power except for ss1, but even though he has immense power or potential the one thing he lacks and he cannot shortcut is experience. He has not been nearly in enough consistent battles of trainings to hone his skills aspect, mental aspect and spiritual aspect. And he never will bc other obligations, which is fine. Warrior with immense power potential are limited by their combat experience
