Update: Kessler Farm Kitchen

I would like to let you know that the Kessler Farm Kitchen CC Pack has been updated with the following upgrades:
- Updated item names
- Correct color tags for all the items
- Added 9 new color swatches to the principal cabinets and counters
- Fixed minor errors
