2022-05-26 12:50:56 +0000 UTCmore school posters IN SIMLISH! a reinforcer/star chart for kids and rules poster maybe a more adult science station for high school a teacher desk that functions also as podium for presentations, or like a hidden podium so sims can "give presentations" I would be so enthused if you did a huge simlish cover book CC pack collection with simlish parodies of popular kids and teens books, school textbooks that function as skill building books, and a functional library book check out and return mod for our more fiscally conscious sims who can't afford to buy level 3 skill books etc. A backpack that functions as a bookshelf/storage unit Personalized lockers Maybe a cc stuff pack that features four schools and their pride colors/outfits, mascots, and such. For example. The Tartosa Snapping Turtles, The Windenburg Albatrosses, The Strangerville Atoms, and the Newcrest Llamas or something silly and very sim like. Then items that would have school pride color swatches would be sports items, backpacks, lockers, posters, a SIGN as always, bleachers, sports outfits, cheerleading outfits, stage curtains for drama club, school flags, pom poms, football, soccer ball, sweatshirts, joggers, letterman jacket, school doors, school bell ( operates as an alarm clock), chalkboard with some flare (useable as an easel if you're feeling for a challenge),banners, and better library shelves with maybe some feature that makes them the pride colors ( i agree with posts about lame bookshelfs in game and other CC). Prom king and queen and homeocming king and queen sashes, A DJ booth that matches swatches for the schools you create inyour pack, dance floor that matches, party drink dispenser, party food buffet, party baloons, streamers etc, and maybe prom and homecoming could be their own CC mini stuff packs tbh. I'd love a choir feature. I'd love a special school events series of features, i.e. bullying, crushes, strange school happenings. School rivalry stuff. aybe even private school problems tbh. Smaller school stations for telescope, microscope, maybe a "math" table that is covertly a chess table to build logic....and maybe give presentation action that builds charisma. and a debate feature for high schoolers....and maybe research function for books in the library or that's specifically tied to a bookshelf or desk. also you could do like grade tests each week....to pass and move up a grade.... or like the Sim Standard Fitness Test, Sims Acceptance Test, and such that if they do good on can give them bonus to brag about, scholarships, or a mini award. i'd love to see more trophies and awards. like for robotics club, science fair projects, no tardiness ( ignoring sick days) prizes, or good behavior prizes in school. and detention or counseling availiable for more disruptive students. Mentoringprogram maybe?

Could do some with some art on it? - Drinking fountains (the glass animation from the regular sink would probably be okay with it?) - Maybe some school kitchen items? Like a new chef station and buffet bar thing for a canteen?

2022-05-25 20:28:29 +0000 UTCHigh school is all about personalization, so I think clutter and decor should be the main focus, especially if they can be made to be interactive, like a journal or Switch. Posters like Parenthood but actually in a teen style instead of preteen. Band Posters especially, in different genres from pop to screamo to hip hop. OH and make up clutter!!!! I wish we had better make up clutter and this is the perfect place to put it!

Personally when I think of high school I think of hanging out in the physics and chem labs during lunch with my friends sitting at those really bulky, heavy lab tables. but something else that sims 4 doesn't have and that I find hasn't rly been done in the CC community would be school library bookshelves that are a) full of books (so many cc bookshelves are mostly empty of books? wild) or b) have stuff other than books, such as magazines in plastic covers or rotating manga displays.

For example: school blackboard (various types - chalk board etc), school desks and chairs, school lockers, school pictures (math, chemistry, biology or poets), maps, school doors, school lamps, school backpacks , school books, school football field. It is important to make a real classroom, school corridor.

And some teen-based romance sentiments (first love, first woohoo, first break up, first date) so sims can remember those relationships. If we’re not going to be able to be at school with them we should still be able to reap all the benefits and disadvantages of a school day (missing the bus, failing a test, being uncomfortable in the locker room) and stuff like that. And some more aspiration and reward traits for teens based on their grades or high school experience (class clown, valedictorian, most likely to succeed, school slacker).

The teen can click on the backpack and select options like “do homework” or “work on class project,” etc. Functional screen projectors to do class presentations. More textbooks in bookshelf for teens. Skateboards, roller skates, helmets and elbow pads? Football, soccer, choir, band, theatre clutter/build/buy items. Maybe some functional instruments for band. Choir bleachers for students to stand on. Music stands for band/choir, that allow a chair to be attached to it so a student can sit and have a “play instrument” function. Theatre items such as costumes, prop tables, etc. Build stuff could also include cafeteria/school computer lab/administrative office stuff. Lunch tables, lunch lines, lunch trays, etc. computer lab desks/projectors. Administrative office stuff can include a function receptionist desk but for a secretary(?). Flags/banners in school colors. Build/buy school logos and titles in simlish. School signs that can be put outside the school building. Security offices with cameras. Just some ideas off the top of my head :)

More fun designs for bookbags Colorful fun designs for bedding-curtains-lamps base and shades, heck more colors for everything in rooms Just some ideas. I have heard that a lot of this takes a lot of work so you just keep doing what you do.

I feel like high school is where you begin to find what makes you comfortable and how you define yourself so this pack should come with a variety of patterns and types of material on furniture like velvet, fringe, and solid colors for the men (haha). I guess it should allow our sims to be expressive but in their own unique way.
