The System Controllers spend their time quelling violence instead of building infrastructure. And in the midst of the unrest, ISO's are born within the system again, only to be made the targets of Clu supporters. Astra is among them. She makes herself useful by stripping at the Bottom Line Club. She uses her "talents" to extract information crucial to breaking Clu's grip on the grid once and for all.
