What do you want to see on the Total Trauma V1 Cover?

But there are a few problems with this cover. The main one is that it's the wrong dimensions for the book, which is going to be taller and skinnier.
At bare minimum, I will have to redraw this one. Or, maybe I should do something totally new?
What do you think the volume cover should look like?
