変更の理由については大きくは以下の３つです。

１．PIXIXFANBOXのR-18カテゴリ対象ユーザーへの手数料増加への対応

２．いただいているskebリクエストの減少（激減）に伴う700円コースへのアップ補填対応

３．新規キャラ、ジャンル開拓に向けた、簡易漫画の更新頻度の向上

新規漫画について、みなさまのご支援により、おかげさまで月日を追うごとに、ボリュームアップや作品に対する熟考時間が多く取れるようになってきました。

背景への、照明効果等の付加要素の着色対応なども、余力を見ながら、できるようにもなってきています。

反面、一つひとつの作品公開による、会員様のご加入数（ご支援金額）に対する比重も大きくなっており、「一回の公開に対する、ご加入数（ご支援金額）の増減が激しくなってきてきている」のも現状です。

これにより、私が無意識に、と言いますか、要はびびってしまって、作品傾向が固着しつつある現状を感じています。（無意識に、以前ウケのよかった内容を描いていく傾向が徐々に強まっていくということです）

この状態を続けた場合、ご会員様も私も「飽き」を招き、結局は「じり貧」で、活動停止になる可能性も常に視野には入れております。

ですので、これに対し、オリジナルを含めた作品ジャンルの開拓や、描いていない東方キャラの開拓の目的も含め、より気軽に作品をアップできる100円コースや300円コースでの簡易的なラフ漫画の公開をしていきたく、もっと、気楽に即座に描いてアップできる環境を作ろうとしたのが、今回の目的の内のひとつです。

このラフ漫画については、基本的に背景もなく、キャラへの影付けもなく、着衣もない、全裸前提での、エロシーン描写に特化を考えており、これに合わせてPSDやコンテなど、付加価値、負荷要素への対応を取り除き、より気軽に、思いついたときにサクッとアップできる環境構築を目的としています。

これに踏み切るのに、今月ためした作品が、れいまりでの作品です。

こんな感じなのですが、その後影付き着色で通常作品同様のキャラへの着色を行ったもみかげ漫画と比較しても、遜色ない反応（ハートマーク）を会員様よりいただいており、影付けについてはなくても大丈夫そうとの判断をしました。

文字だとわかりにくいかもしれませんので、また、来月、アップの様子を見られて、再入会などをご検討いただければとてもうれしく思います。

活動については、そもそもは活動の開始直後から、また、２０２４年の初頭からも、もう無理だろうということは何度も言ってきたのですが、この物価高騰のいたちごっこの中でも、まだやれること思いつく限りは続けたいと思ってはいます。

自分が思いつく限りのことはやってみて、それでもだめだったと思えたらなら、それは悔いなく、満足した状態ですっぱりやめれるかな？なんて思ってはいますが、どうでしょうか。

【Important】【Notice】Changes to Some FANBOX Course Content (Effective September 1)

Effective September 1st, we will be making some changes to the FANBOX course content.

We apologize for the short notice.

FANBOX Courses with Content Changes

¥100 Course, ¥300 Course, ¥700 Course

(No changes to courses other than those listed above)

Changes

■100-Yen Course

We will change from publishing the full set of simplified manga (including images and PSD files) to publishing rough manga (images only).

■300-Yen Course

We will discontinue publishing new manga panel illustrations and instead publish new panel illustrations (images only) of the rough manga published in the 100-Yen Course.

■700-Yen Course

We will newly add the new manga's panel illustrations that were discontinued from the 300-Yen Course (images and PSD files).

To summarize:

・New works and publicly available SKEB commissions will be offered in 500/700/1000 yen tiers, with some exceptions.

・Public works for the 100 yen tier will be newly created rough sketches, not reworked versions of new pieces (image-only releases).

・Following this, rough comic illustrations will be released in the 300 yen tier (image-only).

The main reasons for these changes are as follows:

1. Addressing increased fees for R-18 category users on PIXIXFANBOX

2. Compensating for the 700-yen plan upgrade due to a significant decrease in received skeb requests

3. Increasing the update frequency of simple comics to develop new characters and genres

Thanks to everyone's support for the new manga, we've been able to gradually increase the volume and dedicate more time to careful consideration of the work over time.

We've also started adding coloring for background elements like lighting effects, as our capacity allows.

On the other hand, the weight each individual release carries in terms of member sign-ups (and support amounts) has grown significantly. The reality is that “the fluctuations in sign-ups (and support amounts) per release have become increasingly volatile.”

Because of this, I feel that my work style is becoming fixed, perhaps unconsciously, or rather, because I'm getting nervous. (This means I'm gradually leaning more towards drawing content that was popular before, without realizing it.)

If this situation continues, both our members and I may grow tired of the repetitive content, and I foresee our activities gradually declining until they eventually cease altogether.

Therefore, one of the goals this time was to create an environment where I could draw and upload more casually and immediately. This includes exploring new genres, including original works, and developing characters from the Touhou Project I haven't drawn before. To achieve this, I plan to publish simplified rough comics via the 100-yen and 300-yen courses, where uploading works is more accessible.

Regarding these rough comics, the basic approach is to focus solely on erotic scene depictions, assuming full nudity—meaning no backgrounds, no character shading, and no clothing. To align with this, we're eliminating added value elements and burdensome factors like PSD files and storyboards. The goal is to build an environment where I can quickly upload content whenever inspiration strikes, in a more casual manner.

The work I tried this month was the one in “Reimari.”

This is what made me decide to go for it.

This is how it turned out, but even when compared to the “Momiage” manga, which was colored with shading to match the standard artwork style, we received an equivalent response (heart marks) from our members. Based on this, we determined that the shading could be omitted without issue.

It might be difficult to understand just from the text, so I would be very happy if you could come by next month to see how things are progressing and consider rejoining.

Regarding our activities, we have repeatedly stated since shortly after their inception, and again since early 2024, that continuing them is extremely difficult. Yet even amidst this relentless cycle of rising prices, we intend to keep going as long as we can think of ways to do so.

If I try everything I can think of and it all fails, then I think I'll be able to quit cleanly, without regret and feeling satisfied.
