Wessel
Anvil Breaker
Weapon (War Pick), Legendary (requires attunement by someone with proficiency in smithing tools)
You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon, additionally when you hit a target with the hammer you deal an extra 2d4 fire damage. This becomes 3d4 fire damage when the target you hit is a construct, wears metal armor or is an inanimate object made of stone or metal.
Anvil Breaker has 3 charges that reset at dawn. As an action you can expend one charge and slam the hammer on the ground sending its flaming enchantment into the earth beneath you. An area of 20 feet in all directions of you counts as difficult terrain and every creature takes 1d4 fire damage per 5 feet travelled within this radius.
Hidden effect: anvil breaker can be used as a tool to smith metal weapons and armor with, armor created while using anvil breaker has an affinity for fire resistance, putting this enchantment on armor created with anvil breaker costs half the cost it would normally. Weapons created can be enchanted with fire damage for half the usual price as well.
Blue Eyed Demon
Quenching Shield
Armor (shield), Rare
This shield has three charges. As a bonus action you may expend one charge to cause a scaling steam to bellow forth from the shield towards a creature within 5ft. Target must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or take 1D6 Fire damage, half on a save. Until the start of your next turn you are considered to be heavily obscured. The shield gains 1D3 charges at dawn.
Tim Holt
Temper, Temper
Wondrous Item, Rare (requires attunement by a barbarian)
This stoppered bottle contains an opaque metallic liquid. Attunement requires the user to take a sip of the liquid.
Once attuned, each time the user enters a rage, the bottle unstops itself and the liquid coats them completely, bolstering their defenses.
While raging, you become coated metallic armor. When you reckless attack you can choose to take fire damage equal to your rage damage bonus. When you do so, your body becomes tempered, your rage damage bonus becomes fire damage and your AC becomes 18 unless it was higher. This lasts until the end of your next turn, the duration is extended each turn you use your reckless attack.
