　近所の公園の前を通りかかったとき、公園に巨大な肌色の塊があるのに気づいた。これからバイトに行くところだが、忽然と現れた謎の物体に私は興味をそそられた。恐る恐る近づいてみると、それはナマコのように蠢いている。 　その物体を近くでまじまじと見てみると次第に怖さは消えていた。水族館の巨大なクジラを見ているような、生命体としての迫力と美しさに見とれていた。自然と笑みがこぼれ、身震いしてしまう。 　私が恍惚感に立ち尽くしていると、その物体は変形しはじめた。人間の女性の上半身がその物体から私に向かって生えてきた。形成された女性が目を開くと、その瞳は真っ黒な宝石のようだった。女性は私に微笑みながら語りかけてきた。 「こんにちは♡驚いたかしら？鬼の体を見るのは初めてかしらね♡」 　女性は鬼を自称していたが、恐ろしさや気味悪さは全く感じ取れなかった。 「私の体すばらしいでしょう♡自由に形を変えられるんだよ♡」 　鬼はそう言って乳首に眼球を形成させた。理性的に見ればグロテスクで気持ちの悪い光景のはずなのにそんな嫌悪感は湧いてこない。その自由自在な肉体に羨望を覚えた。 「この体はこの町の人たちの塊なの♡私は昔っから皆の体と一つになるのが大好きなのよね♡あなたがこの町の最後の一人のようね♡あなたのお友達も中にいるのよ♡」 　鬼はそういうと口を変形させて開いた。吐き出される息は暖かく、初めて嗅いだのに懐かしい香りがした。全身が感動するような不思議な香り。脳科学的には感情がわき起こるとそれに応じた脳内物質が分泌されるとテレビで見たことがある。それが脳だけじゃなく全身で起きている感覚。細胞とか筋肉とか内臓とか、身体中のあちこちで「喜び」か分泌されているのが分かる。それらは血液にのって私の体の隅々にまで運ばれて、末端の細胞まで喜びで染め上げていく。 　私が喜びの気持ちよさに震えていると、鬼の口が変形して中から誰かの頭が生えてきた。 「さと子もおいでよ♡一緒になったらもっと楽しいよ♡私もさと子の体欲しいなぁ♡」 　出てきた頭は大学の友達のみずえだった。みずえの呼びかけに私の全細胞が興奮している。内臓が体の前方へとせり出してくる。内臓に引っ張られるように私の体は鬼とみずえの方へ歩き出す。 「「ようこそ♡私の体へ♡」」 　鬼とみずえはにっこりと笑う。私も微笑みを返しながら服を脱ぎ捨てその大きな口の中へ入っていった。 As I passed in front of a nearby park, I noticed a huge flesh-colored mass in the park.
