Here’s an animatic and video comparison for ‘I wanna Thank you, Charlie’.

Looking back and seeing the two videos side by side, this one in particular didn’t deviate a whole lot from the original animatic. Since the start of this year, I’d been focusing more on simple compositions, and stripping out potential ‘problem shots’ early, for the sake of speed. I don’t know how many times I learn it, but somehow the straightforward approach usually gets the better result. So yeah, just sticking to the tried and true methods really paid off in this one I think. It was a very smooth sailing project.

Patreon Update

The last couple of months I’ve finally been working on a proper Patreon launch, release video and all the reward tiers. You’ve probably seen me kick the can down the road a couple of times now, as I focus on the main channel releases. So, I’ve just had to bite the bullet and put the channel on hold while I get everything prepared. Soon after launch, it’ll be back to regular Nox programming. I’m pretty happy with how the launch vid is turning out and should be ready in a few weeks from now.

Thanks again to all you OG fans who have got in to support me early, especially during all the time between updates. There’s a lotta buzz for my work at the moment, so lets see if I can turn that into some financial resources, and finally get the channel and Patreon into a comfortable schedule.
