My second point, I aint no plumber, BUT you plumbed the heat exchanger in backwards. that thing needs to cross flow. meaning, hot goes IN from the floor heat at the top, the hot for your spit swap unit needs to go OUT at the top. (yours is going in) theres a pic of how those units are supposed to work. https://www.reapterqd.com/Article/Plateconfiguration.html that thing will pump out all the heat to the truck if you plumb the fucking thing in the right way. should be double the power later. hope that helps

I’m not sure how your setup is but usually the floor pump turns off when the shop is up to temp. If you put the spit swap setup off the main lines that come in it would work much better!
