Hello folks, checking in once again to let you know what's going on with me.
I know there's been another lull in posting, but this time the reason is NOT depression or mental health related!
Ironically it's been caused by the exact opposite.
Allow me to explain:
After stopping in 2020 due to the pandemic (and my dad's death), I've finally started going to the gym again this month (see the attached pictures).
It's part of my ongoing quest to look after myself more, both mentally AND physically.
In my first few weeks I've already lost 6-7lbs (and I'm hoping this trend continues), but with hard work comes a toll on the body.
On the days when I work out, I'm too exhausted to do much in the evening before getting sleepy. On the days that my body is recovering, I'm covered in aches and don't have much energy.
So basically, right now I'm still figuring out this balance!
Just wanted you to know that I'm still very much okay mentally,
and I sincerely want to upload more videos ASAP. :)
Hopefully things will click very soon!
