If you go back to Manga chapter 21, when Vegeta transforms to mastered ultra ego form, Vegeta and Beerus fight. When you get to the part where Vegeta thinks Beerus blasts missed, but he didn't miss, Beerus tells Vegeta that Vegeta is stronger than all the gods and its not even close. Then Beerus says, your still no match for me, but Beerus then says, but we can make an exception to the rules!! Meaning Vegeta is stronger. Vegeta even says, you and i both know Lord Beerus i'm much stronger than you could ever hope to be!!! Of course Vegeta cant hold the form long, but once his body gets used to it, Vegeta is going to be a beast!! And near the very end of the chaper, Beerus tells Vegeta that Vegeta is the strongest among all the Gods. Watch it again, and watch what they say, i believe great things are planned for Vegeta!!
