With normal citizens being too unreliable and subject to dissent, and synthetics too vulnerable to Synthwave corruption, The consortium took to breeding their own solution to enforce law and order within the city. This gave birth to the K-SEC unit, inspired by classical K9 units but given the power and intellect to apprehend and subdue even the most canny of criminals without breaking a sweat. These massive, hulking beasts are unquestioningly loyal to their corporate masters, but still cocky and drunk on power like most other law enforcers, opening them up to being mislead and exploited if you work them over properly. Each K-SEC unit chooses a call-sign after graduating from the Kennel, and the unit known as Bitch Breaker considers herself the top dog in the city at the moment, but is always eager to entertain upstarts and punks that intend to challenge her inflated ego.
