With half the city infected as sleeper agents with his Fapp.EXE viral networking, his reach is beyond compare. But unlike many of the other corporate heads content to rest and amass more money and power on the backs of their criminal and corporate empires, he seeks a loftier goal; to sow chaos across the streets of Neo Babylon and watch its citizens, his beloved playthings, dance at his whims. He delights in their struggles and strife, occasionally seeding a trail of breadcrumbs to lead conspiracy-seekers to his domain for a final confrontation - one not a single soul has managed to walk away from.
