Long-time rival to fellow nightrunner Kyra, Cleopatra fell on hard times after her attempts to beat Kyra through hacking the kangaroo’s vehicle ended in disaster with Cleopatra herself crashing and Kyra riding off into the night unscathed. Determined to come back better and faster than before, Cleo rebuilt herself to truly become one with her bike - utilizing the myriad illicit gains from her nightrun activities to procure the perfect body for taking Kyra down.
