This weekend is stream weekend! On top of the WH stream this Friday, TeamVA and I will be hosting a fun little Christmas stream on Saturday. But we've decided now to make this a charity stream for the holidays so that we too can help make the world a better place.
We've narrowed the search to 4 organizations and need your help choosing the one we'll ultimately be donating to. I've included short descriptions and a link to the sites in case you want to learn more. Please fill out the poll to let us know where you'd like your donations to go to this holiday season :>
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. No child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay; and St. Jude pledges to *share their scientific discoveries with the world.
American Red Cross
Reach: Worldwide
The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering around the world in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. Notable catastrophes they've responded to are the 2011 Japan Earthquake / Tsunami, the California wildfires, and the Mexio Earthquakes; they are most recently providing aid for this month's Kentucky tornadoes.
Make-A-Wish Foundation

The MAWF is providing help to children fighting critical illnesses. Your gift this holiday season TRIPLES in impact with their Matching Gift Challenge.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of America
Reach: Continental USA
As the nation’s largest donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 5 through young adulthood in communities across the country with the aim to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.
