A Peaceful New Year's Eve

Inspired by Into the Spiderverse (which I still haven't seen), I plan to get really colorful in this piece; I just wanna experiment a little!
The building is based off that one building in Savannah Central that is conveniently located near the main circle - Time Circle seemed appropriate!

Absolutely love this. Every year I can't fathom the cold and pain people experience waiting hours for the new year balls to drop in city centers
