An "elegy" is a type of poem, usually used as a mourning piece. So the title could be translated as "Mourning for Ganymede" or (more specifically for Jet) "Mourning for the life you left behind". Ganymede is a moon of Jupiter, and in "The Expanse" this is where Prax and Mei Meng are from. Also where Bobbie Draper was stationed when the Protomolecule "Project Caliban" slaughtered her squad. All things considered, even with the heartbreak I'd say Jet had a better experience here than Bobbie did.
