That's why I thought they should watch it after ep 4 or 5, because from now on it feels like a Rollercoaster and I am soo exicted for the next couple of episodes.

That’s not growth that’s just not addressing the issue. Now what makes it great writing is that I completely understand why everyone kept saying No to Hinata. Great writing, great art direction, great soundtrack, and great episode.

I mean even if they'll love to watch more of their school life they are obvioulsly really into what is going on right now and they will definitely love ep 7/8 or any other ep more than the ova. There is no need to react to this ova in my opinion considering that it's just add more scenes of ep 4 (if i remember correctly) thus it will just make them go back while they're so into what is going on right now. This ova wasn't that good to begin with lol, they can watch it on their own if they want to because it's still more haikyuu

2024-11-09 10:15:19 +0000 UTCSuch a rough time for my babies, but I think this was bound to happen and even though I would die for Kageyama and he is indeed my favorite, I have to say I side with Hinata here. Like it or not (and I hate it) Hinata and Kageyama won’t always play on the same team together and Hinata needs to learn how to play on his own, what his own strengths are separate from Kageyama and Kageyama needs to do the same, also they both need to learn an alternative to their quick because strong teams can and will overcome it. But my heart always breaks in two when Hinata says he and Kageyama are partners and we see him crying as he rides home, you really get to see just how much he cherishes his friendship with Kageyama. Also quick shoutout to Daichi our beloved captain for not being worried in the slightest and knowing they will overcome it.
