Hello hello!

Before talking about the new set, I wanted to thank you all for you very kind and lovely support. That means a lot to me and motivates me a lot to continue working on CC. Thank you ❤️.

Now, let’s talk about the OAK HOUSE part 3! It comes with 25 new items (26 as there is two versions of the fireplace). I kept the style of an old house renovated, with modern/rustic items. I didn’t figure out how to add the glass part to the fireplace, so I created one version game compatible, without the glass, and one with the glass, eco lifestyle compatible. I also tried to add lot of swatches matching together and that can match with previous set, even if it evolves with time! :)

I had pictures of the color swatches for some items, and note that the SimPod is a smartspeaker, not only a bluetooth speaker. The light switch are not usable, it's only decorative.

Little tip, for the pillows, put them on a shelf and move the shelf at the same height than the sofa, then move the pillows to the sofa to put them on it ! :)
