For those not in the know, her look is based off Goenitz, or at least his rule63 counterpart Goeniko/Pretty Goenitz/Schussel; one who has tremendous aerokinetic powers and an aspect that tickles me that Meeya possesses. Long story short, she may look naively cute, but she's hella srong~
