I’m realizing schedules and timelines don’t work for me personally… because some days I feel weak or I’m in chronic pain all day. Sometimes more mentally than physically. My back and neck ache constantly. Sometimes just my joints in general. I know I need to see a doctor. I’m just afraid of being invalidated and wasting time and money on one. And repeating the cycle.

My thought process is always like “wait to see if it gets worse before you finally do something about it”… I know not good. I have a psychical coming up soon enough so I’ll bring it up then
