Black Templar Color Study
Added 2022-11-24 17:06:59 +0000 UTCAn insight to my painting proces. Before I start painting, I study multiple artworks and styles to use as reference. Once I have an understanding of the colors and lighting techniques I can start on the model.
I really want to go for a gritty Armageddon vibe for my Templars. Currently I'm falling towards the artwork in the bottom right. The yellow and browns match nice to the deep black.
