When we started making SuperButch I thought it would be a peek into the past when things were worse, instead of being relevant to current events. :(
Barry's so good at writing dialogue for jerks. I think it comes from his hours of arguing on the internet. XD Barry's script says:
Turtle is a genuinely mean thug - but he’s also a celebrity and an experienced public speaker, and he instantly switches into public speaker mode, calm, kindly, intelligent..

Captain Turtle, looking serious and concerned. And maybe smug. But not mean. He’s removing his goggles so he looks more human.
TURTLE: I’m here as a concerned American protecting the election’s integrity.
On a drawing note: I'm pleased with the way Captain Turtle's goggles fit onto his garrison cap. I meant for it to look like an angry turtle head...although someone on the SuperButch website commented on Turtle's "paper deli boy hat." On another drawing note: Aargh, I forgot to draw Captain Turtle's "Winslet for Mayor" badge again! I think we're up to 8 panels that I have to add it in Photoshop. Anyway, hopefully I'm on a roll with SuperButch, and will have a new page for you next Friday.
