Becky here! This page belongs back in Issue Three, right after Lillian leaves Babe and Ruth's house party to warn about the mugging. When Issue Three was printed on paper, the moment where Lillian sees the corpse fell on the right-hand side of the book, so it didn't have the satisfaction of being a "big reveal" after a page turn. Barry thought about different places that we could add a page to create that page turn. It had to be after the double-page spread of the house party, and before Lillian gets to the crime scene. It made sense to add a page where Lillian goes from one neighborhood to the other. And as luck would have it, Lillian already started the next page with "The bus left me off half a mile from where I was going..."
