Yes, you are right about Richard Epcar voicing Centichoro. This season is decent but it's not as good as Season 1. It's still enjoyable but it really lacks the great qualities than Season 1 had. Most of the criticism about this season comes down to SFX and animation which is noticeably lackluster and inconsistent due the change of studio and staff members. Saitama noticeably gets less screentime for other side characters to shine to shake things up and Garou's an interesting anti-hero. I like him too. The episode with Saitama saving Suiryu is still my favourite one in this season. Definitely the standout to me.
