Tornado's voice actress changed. Her Season 1/OVA voice actress (Marieve Herington) was apparently busy with other work commitments so Corina Boettger has now taken over the voice role of Tornado. She sounds noticeably more higher pitched than the previous voice actor but still kinda similar in tone but you can definitely notice the difference.
