Also no, Indian curry can be in any colour tbh. Curry is just a word derived from Kari which is a spice in India and british decided to name every food like Indian food with gravy in it as curry. But we have Green curry like Saag or Palak Paneer, Brown curry with onion based curry, red curry with tomato based curry or alot of red chilly related. Orange is more tomato based. Yellow is more turmeric and other spice based. And these are just from the knowledge i have about it so I prolly am wrong here and there.

2025-07-29 01:53:56 +0000 UTCWhile I won't say this is my favorite episode, I love how Alphonse's moment is tied into the introduction of Kuro. My fav episode of season one is 10, Crepes/Natto Spaghetti and season 2 is episode 3 Hamburger; Beef Tendon Curry. I am not going to say anything more about them until you watch them though. Kuro when she is in dragon form, which is 90% of the time now that she is eating chicken curry, is very deadly. When she used magic to or even flying in her real form, will spread her magic around. You probably noticed that both times she used magic, it swarmed around her. Aletta was lucky not to be harmed, but then again it has been centuries since she was among mortals. I.E. Humans and other living beings of the planet. What we saw when she flew over the elves from her backstory was them just being a newly created species. Don't worry about not getting information about the creation of the door. I am not telling you what episode/s it happens, but I guarantee you will get some kind of explanation before the second season. I encourage you two to watch the second season. It will have a different feel from the first. Mainly because the mystery of the door is over with, but it will still have the food and the people who love them. And after watching all that I really encourage you both to read the manga. It will have little tidbits that are fun to know, but aren't really needed for the anime. Also if you ever decide to read the light novel know the food order comes in a completely different order, well, not completely. Some people will appear earlier, but well, all that is for it you decide to read it after watching either or both seasons.

It’s a shame that the door only ever takes you back to where you entered from. So even if Alfonse were to have someone else open the door back and step through at the same time, he would be back on the island anyway. But at least he had the door, even if only once a week he gets to see other people and have good food, probably helped him hold onto his sanity for those 20 years. And Kuro, great addition to the cast. Love the story of the six dragons.
