Thames; frost fairs were somewhat common into the 19th century, primarily during the Little Ice Age that began in the 1600s. This was the last one ever, in 1814. This fair, aside from Twelve and Bill was also attended by Ten, One with Steven and Vicki where they met Jane Austen, and Eleven brought River and Stevie Wonder for River's birthday, with River returning to Stormcage when Rory shows up to unsuccessfully recruit her for Demon's Run. It seems that Twelve has definitely learned a bit since Kill the moon and put it in practice.

2020-10-14 18:53:47 +0000 UTCFunny how the discussion times on this series have (so far) been a lot shorter. Probably because you're not having to spend time on making head canons because of bullshit continuity and attempting to fix plot holes. It was the same in the RTD era.
