Cyril is basically a ripoff of early 20th century pulp character Billy Bunter, the production team even got into a little hot water from the estate that owned the rights at the time.

2020-10-14 17:07:47 +0000 UTCThe CT will call himself the Mandarin when he encounters Six. Peter Cushing believed that his Doctor may have been a future incarnation mindwiped by the Toymaker and subjected to a variant of his own life. I reject this theory.
